It was a cloudy and overcast start to the day. With the absence of sun, the +8 early this morning felt really quite cold. By around 2pm the cloud had started to clear and the sun was shining and it felt quite a lot warmer. There were predictions of it reaching -1 this evening, so we had to bring in our hanging baskets.
