It had snowed quite heavily overnight and there were several inches of snow on the drive. It was -15 at 8.30am but didn't feel too cold at that time. The roads weren't too bad and visibility was a bit patchy in places, but OK on the whole. The roads around Calagary were quite slippery and a lot of care was needed, but the roads to and from High River were pretty clear.

It reaminad around -15 for most of the day, but it felt as though it was getting colder.
